5 STARS ***** My husband wanted the divorce and I was broken didn't know what to do. A friend of mine highly recommended Martha, because she helped her with her Anxiety and her marriage. It was the best choice I had ever made, Martha was very sweet and patience with my me and my husband. She helped us realized what was happening in our marriage, through the years and raising kids, our  love was dying. We were able to see our faults and together we are making the best to understand each other and make our love grow again. I want to thank Martha and highly recommend her. 5 STARS ***** I must say Dr. Martha has helped me so much through my Anxiety and Depression. I was diagnosed many years ago and I had been in different medications and for years it has been hard to sleep and live a normal life. My kids and wife had been there for me but I felt like a failure, because mentally I wasn't there for them. Many times all I wanted to do is just be by myself and forget about everyone around me. My wife gave me a choice to either seek for help or just be by myself, she was frustrated and tired of asking me to get help. She found Dr. Martha online and made the appointment for me. Long story short, I been seeing Dr. Martha for couple of sessions and I already can see the change in my life. I understand now, why I was feeling so depressed and sad. I had a rough childhood and I never learned to deal with the rejection and the pain from my parents separation as a teenager. Dr. Martha kind words and Emdr therapy has open my eyes and my mind and I can finally sleep at night. I am communicating better with my wife and kids. I feel so grateful and blessed and I know that I will continue getting better and better. If you feel anxious, depressed and need someone to talk to and get real answers, see her, she is great an has a lot of patience. Many times I was so angry and mad and when I was done with my session, I felt better and I will get out of the office in a good mood. 5 STARS ***** Martha was a Godsend! She helped me through a tough process after COVID. After COVID I was experiencing long haul symptoms including anxiety and others fears. Martha showed me and practiced therapy. Wow!! I don’t have words to describe how helpful and life changing was this therapy. I feel like other person, like I never passed  through that, the healing process in combination with her skills were outstanding and successful! I recommend Martha to anybody who needs help and assistance through a hard process, you will not regret it! I will forever be grateful with her!
